How long does it take to receive my subscription?
Please allow 8 to 12 weeks for your subscription to begin. Some publishers preprint their magazine address labels up to two months in advance.

I never received my magazine…what I do?
Please allow 8 to 12 weeks for your subscription to begin. Email us at info@themagazinestoreonline.com be sure to include the magazine title along with your complete name and mailing address.

I need to change my mailing address?
If you purchased your subscription through the Magazine Store, just email us at info@themagazinestoreonline.com with your new mailing address along with the current mailing address be sure to include the magazine title.

If I make a change to my address will it delay receiving magazine? 
Yes, it can up to 6 weeks for the address change to be made. Some publishers preprint address labels up to two months in advance.

Do you mail outside the United States? 
We do not deliver outside the Continental USA at this time. We do deliver to APO addresses
with U.S. zip codes.

How do I cancel my subscription?
To cancel your subscription please call our Customer Service Department or email your request to info@themagazinestoreonline.com.

How do I get a refund?
Since your purchase was made to support your local fundraising organization you would need to contact that organization directly.

Can I have the magazines sent to someone else?
Yes. You can order magazines as a gift as long as the person lives in the United States (all 50 states) including Puerto Rico. We can also send magazines to military personnel at an APO AP or APO AE address.

Can I use my voucher to renew my magazine subscription?
Yes. You can renew your current subscription just by clicking the renewal box during the checkout process and we will notify the publisher of the renewal.

How do I redeem if I lost my voucher?
Please call our Customer Service Department at 203-732-7835.

I entered my code but it does it work?
Redemption codes are case sensitive. Please enter all letters as upper case (A, B,C, etc.)

What is my redemption code?
The redemption code is listed on your voucher. Please be sure to enter exactly as printed on the Voucher. Redemption codes are case sensitive. If you are unable to enter your redemption as shown, call our Customer Service Department at 203-732-7835.
